Grammie Renee came to visit this past weekend, and boy did she and Evie have fun! They had some good snuggle time, like in this photo, danced the polka, sang lots of songs and even cooked dinner. Evie sat in her bouncy chair in the kitchen while Grammie told her all about the meal she was making. It cracked me up...Evie was absolutely mesmerized by everything that was going on....even if it was sprinkling cheese onto lasagna. Good fun...and good learning! It was also very nice for me to have Grammie here for the weekend - in addition to all of her help and companionship, it's so neat to see how much Evie seems to grow and develop while spending time with Grammie. I've read that babies develop rapidly when exposed to different people, environments and such...and I see how true that is now. Such fun! We can't wait till Grammie comes to visit again:)

What a nice picture of Grammie Renee...love it. I just remember her showing me all of the clothes she had made when we were in Lacrosse for your baby shower. MOST of them were girls clothes...she must have had a hunch :) So neat.
