Evie getting a "lift" through the parking lot from Daddy and Grandpa Tom. Usually she says the classic "1, 2, 3" to signal lift-off, but yesterday she got creative and went with "17, 18!" Come on, Dad and Grandpa...don't you know that means "GO!!!"
After watching the Peruvian dance troop, we went into the indoor gardens for awhile. Evie hadn't been there since she was very little and had fun checking out all the beautiful plants, birds and fish, and always being the one to lead the way. She was a girl on a mission....no time to pose for pictures, Mom! Here's the li'l miss and Grandpa checking out some parakeets:
And flyin' down the stairs to see the koi pond:
We can't wait until summer when Olbrich's butterfly garden is ready!
