Easter egg costume??

Before heading out and about on saturday morning, Evie got to pick out which coat to wear. She decided on a bright (and furry) yellow number with orange and pink polka-a-dots. Her Grammie Renee made it awhile back and Evie thinks it's beautiful. What I didn't realize was that the color combo and brightness of the outfit would inspire just about every fifth person we passed to give us their opinion of Ev's outfit. Some of the comments were compliments...and some were just really funny, such as, "Wow! That's a neat coat. She looks so.....so.......so.....much like an.....an....Easter egg!" Thanks, we think!
