"Bringer of the Light"

If you've met our dog, Oakley, you know that he's a little neurotic...sometimes more than a little. We discovered shortly after Evie was born that Oakley loves to chase light, any kind of light. It can be almost any kind of light - a laser pointer, the reflection of the sun hitting a metal pan, or, in this case, a flashlight, will do. We joke around that part of the reason Oakley loves Evie so much is that he views her as his own personal goddess of sorts, the Bringer of the Light. The two of them can amuse each other for quite awhile this way....which also amuses us!
